    · Proven experience in a UK pensions technical or administrative role, with deep knowledge of pension legislation, SIPP products, and the mechanics of different types of pension transfers.

    · Strong understanding of compliance obligations within the pensions regulatory framework.

    · Excellent communication skills, capable of breaking down complex information clearly for customers and colleagues.

    · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and perform well under pressure.

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an aptitude for quickly learning new software systems.

    · Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent).

    · Call handling experience in a customer-facing environment.

    Desirable:

    · FA2 qualification is beneficial but not essential; support for study will be provided.

    What else we’re looking for:

    · A friendly, personable team player with strong attention to detail and a diligent approach.

    · Organised, empathetic, and adaptable when dealing with customers and colleagues.

    · Self-motivated ‘can-do’ attitude with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

    · Comfortable working in a hybrid office environment, with strong computer literacy.

    · A hardworking individual who takes pride in their work ethic and output.

    What you’ll get from us:

    · Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 depending on skills and experience.

    · 24 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing up to 28 days with service.

    · Flexible 37.5-hour working week, Monday to Friday between 8am – 5:30pm.

    · Hybrid working with at least 1 day per week in the office and monthly face-to-face team meetings.

    Additional benefits:

    · Annual bonus scheme based on company and individual performance.

    · Private Medical Insurance.

    · Death in Service cover (3x annual salary).

    · Income Protection Insurance.

    · Company Pension Plan.

    · Healthify wellbeing programme.

    · Ministry of Fun social activities.

    · Modern offices in scenic Penarth Marina with free parking and gym facilities.

    · Job Type: Full-time

    · Location: Hybrid (Penarth offices)

    · Education: A-Level or equivalent preferred

    · Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in pension administration or technical roles preferred
