A leading international law firm is seeking to make multiple hires within their London Tax team. The firm has a long-established presence in the City and is recognised for advising on complex, high-value cross-border transactions across infrastructure, energy, real estate and private capital. Its Tax practice is integral to the firm's transactional offering and works closely with corporate, finance and funds teams on market-leading mandates.
The Team
The London Tax group is widely regarded for is work with institutional investors, multinational corporates, private capital sponsors, funds and financial institutions on the tax structuring of both domestic and international transactions.
The team has particular expertise in:
- Real estate and real estate funds taxation.
- Private capital and investment funds structuring.
- Corporate M&A and joint ventures.
- Infrastructure & Energy transactions.
- Cross-border financing and restructuring.
Candidate Profile
- 1+ years' PQE in a recognised tax practice, willing to consider associates OR senior associates.
- Qualified in E&W OR with significant UK tax experience.
- Strong transactional tax practice (real estate or private capital exposure advantageous).
- Strong academic credentials.
