How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in delivering live campaigns through face-to-face engagement. This is a public-facing position where confidence, communication, and consistency drive performance.


    You’ll be joining a supportive, target-driven team that values development, energy, and professionalism. The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, want their earnings to reflect their effort, and are looking for clear progression rather than a static position.

    No previous sales experience is required — full training and ongoing coaching are provided.


    What You’ll Be Doing

    You’ll work in busy retail and event-style environments, engaging members of the public and acting as the face of the campaigns you represent.


    On a typical day, you’ll:

    • Start natural, confident conversations with people in high-footfall settings
    • Build rapport quickly and adapt your communication style depending on who you’re speaking with
    • Explain the purpose behind the campaign and the real-world impact it creates
    • Help individuals understand how public support contributes to meaningful outcomes


    When someone shows genuine interest, you’ll:

    • Clearly outline how they can get involved
    • Explain contribution options and what ongoing support looks like
    • Ensure complete transparency around commitments and supporter rights


    Accuracy and professionalism are essential. You’ll use digital systems to record details correctly and ensure every interaction reflects integrity and trust.


    You’ll also attend regular team briefings, review performance, share feedback from conversations, and continuously refine your approach. The environment is collaborative, structured, and performance-focused — you’ll always know what you’re working towards.

    This role blends customer engagement, communication skills, and measurable performance, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy working toward clear targets and seeing tangible results from their effort.
