A growing, high performing multi-site hospitality business is seeking a commercially minded People Partner to support operational leaders and strengthen people governance across the organisation.
We are looking for an ambitious HR professional who wants to move beyond process administration and step into true business partnership, influencing decision making, raising standards, and building structure within a fast-paced operational environment.
The Role
Reporting into the Head of People, you will operate as a trusted advisor to operational leadership across multiple sites.
This is a hands-on generalist role with significant scope to shape and embed consistent, commercially sound people practices. You will bring clarity to employee relations matters, strengthen performance management discipline, and ensure legal compliance is proactive rather than reactive.
The successful candidate will be confident in challenging constructively, comfortable operating in a multi-site environment, and motivated by building robust, scalable people frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, managing investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and capability processes end-to-end
- Ensure decisions are evidence-based, proportionate and aligned with employment legislation and best practice
- Coach operational leaders to address performance concerns early and confidently
- Design and manage structured performance improvement processes
- Identify and mitigate people-related risk before escalation
- Maintain high standards of HR compliance, documentation and governance
- Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure people decisions are commercially aligned
- Oversee accurate HR data and deliver clear, reliable reporting
- Support the consistent application of policies and fair process across multiple sites

- Confidence applying UK employment law and managing risk pragmatically
