Someone who can run and elevate our social presence while strengthening conversion and brand alignment. This role sits between content, ecommerce and growth. It is not just about posting. It is about making the product feel irresistible and easy to shop.
This is a freelance / temporary position with flexibility, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast moving fashion environment.
Role Overview
You will support and oversee Cybersweetie’s social ecosystem, ensuring content is culturally relevant, commercially strong and aligned with our customer.
Your focus is growth, desirability and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Social & Brand Growth
- Help manage and execute daily content across Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
- Ensure the brand feels current, aspirational and aligned with our core customer
- Turn content into commerce by making products highly visible, wearable and shoppable
- Drive qualified traffic to the website through strategic content and platform optimisation#
Content & Shoot Direction
- Proactively organise and assist on content shoots in line with drop dates
- Consistently ideate fresh, distinctive and on brand concepts
- Film, shoot and edit content across iPhone and professional formats
- Develop eye catching campaigns and social moments around launches and restocks
- Write captions aligned with Cybersweetie’s tone and positioning
Ecommerce & Performance
- Create content with a clear conversion objective
- Improve click through rates, engagement and on site performance
- Support paid content initiatives including Meta Ads and Pinterest Ads
- Contribute to email marketing content where required
- Monitor analytics and refine strategy based on measurable growth, traffic and sales performance
- Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify opportunities
Brand & Community
- Ensure visual storytelling remains consistent with Cybersweetie’s identity
- Assist with sourcing creators and collaborators aligned with the brand
- Support brand events, pop ups and activations when required
Requirements
- Strong understanding of fashion culture and social trends
- Proven editing skills across TikTok, iPhone content, VHS or Digi Cam aesthetics and tools such as Photoshop
- Clear understanding of ecommerce, selling psychology and content that converts
- Experience with Meta Ads and Pinterest Ads preferred
- Experience with email marketing platforms preferred
- Ability to consistently generate fresh creative ideas
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast paced drop led business
- Confident communicator able to represent the brand professionally
- Available to attend meetings and shoots in London when required
- Willing to travel internationally if needed
- Data aware mindset with focus on measurable growth and performance
