What You’ll Lead
- Set and deliver the People strategy alongside senior leadership.
- Drive initiatives across wellbeing, mental health, talent development, and engagement.
- Lead firm‑wide People projects that strengthen culture and long‑term growth.
What You’ll Own
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle with a thoughtful, people‑first approach.
- Develop policies, manage People data, and lead internal comms.
- Manage payroll and benefits.
- Coach managers, support ER cases, and provide trusted pastoral care.
- Lead trainee solicitor recruitment and support wider hiring.
Culture & Development
- Build consistent onboarding and training across teams.
- Deliver Line Manager capability training.
- Support the mentorship programme and partnership track.
- Ensure employees have meaningful development opportunities.
What You Bring
- Strong HR generalist experience across strategy and operations.
- CIPD qualified.
- Confident partnering with senior leaders.
- Excellent communication skills and a people‑centric mindset.
- High integrity, sound judgement, and a trusted‑advisor approach.
