HRBP - Travel Tech - P/time role 3 days
Based East Croydon ( great transport links)
£60K FTE - Pro-rata salary for 3 days £36K - flexible with hours
In office 2 days, Tuesday being preferred day, 1 day wfh
I’m partnering with an SME, who are a specialist in travel software. Working with a headcount of 40, you will play a key role in strengthening leadership capability, performance, and culture across a highly technical workforce. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering closely with managers and technical teams to drive high performance, engagement and consistent people practices across the business.
🔎 The Role
You’ll operate as a trusted partner to leadership, focusing on three core areas:
✅ Manager Coaching & Performance
- Coaching managers to build and sustain high-performing teams
- Supporting performance management conversations and outcomes
- Driving accountability, leadership effectiveness and team performance
✅ Tech Workforce Partnership
- Working closely with teams across Product, Software Engineering and Technical Customer Support
- Bringing credibility and understanding of technical environments
- Supporting workforce capability, team effectiveness and organisational alignment
✅ Culture, Values & AI Transformation
- Supporting the organisation’s ongoing AI journey and evolving ways of working
- Embedding company values into leadership and team behaviours
- Contributing to engagement initiatives, including charity partnerships and fundraising activity
👤 About You
- Experience of partnering with leaders in tech, digital or product-led organisations
- Confident coaching managers and influencing stakeholders
- Previous experience working for an SME
- Strong understanding of technical or specialist workforces
- Passionate about performance, culture and people impact
- Comfortable operating both strategically and operationally
- Able to commit to a part-time role of 3 days a week
