    Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join a London-based general insurance practice. This role will place you at the centre of a busy, collaborative team, supporting senior professionals and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You’ll be working with a wide variety of clients across the insurance sector, often on projects that span international borders.

In this fast-paced role, you will:

    • Provide high-level administrative and PA support to partners, principals, consultants, and the wider team
    • Manage complex diaries, coordinating schedules across multiple time zones
    • Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and logistics
    • Prepare, proofread, and format reports, documents, and presentations to the highest standard
    • Organise and attend meetings, taking minutes and tracking actions
    • Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal quality standards
    • Support business development and marketing initiatives, including event coordination
    • Oversee professional development records and assist with audit processes
    • Assist with billing processes, including generating invoices and resolving queries
    • Offer flexible support to colleagues and provide cover where needed

You’ll bring advanced skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Adobe, with experience using systems such as Dynamics or Salesforce being a strong advantage. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential, along with discretion in handling sensitive information.

In return, you’ll enjoy a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and a supportive environment that values professionalism, integrity, and a healthy work-life balance. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside talented professionals in a forward-thinking, client-focused team.
