The Role:
- As VP of Product, you will define and execute the company’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- You will work hands-on initially translating business ambition into scalable, market-leading products with clear progression to build and lead a full product organisation.
- This is a founding-level product leadership role.
What You’ll Do
Define Product Vision & Strategy
- Own the multi-year roadmap across platform, AI, and new product expansion
- Align every feature and release with measurable business outcomes
Build Products Customers Love
- Lead research and design to improve utilisation, margins, and cashflow
- Design for operators, suppliers, and enterprise clients in a mission-critical environment
Lead Prescriptive AI Integration
- Embed intelligence across workflows
- Move from data → insight → recommendation → automated decisioning
Drive Execution
- Own backlog prioritisation and trade-offs
- Deliver rapidly without compromising long-term platform integrity
Align Product & Go-to-Market
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success
- Ensure products are sellable, adoptable, and sticky
Leadership & Influence
- Mentor future product leaders
- Act as a senior strategic voice across the organisation
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience building complex platforms or marketplaces
- Strong data fluency and technical literacy (AI/data-driven product experience preferred)
- Deep user-centred design and research capability
- Experience in agile product management and go-to-market alignment
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making under ambiguity
