They are now seeking an experienced Paraplanning Team Lead, someone who combines technical excellence with the ability to guide, mentor, and elevate a high-performing paraplanning function.

The Role
As Paraplanning Team Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day workflow of the paraplanning team while remaining hands-on with complex cases. You’ll work closely with Financial Planners, Compliance, and Operations to ensure advice is accurate, compliant, and consistently delivered to the highest standard.
Your leadership will help create a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement, ensuring the team is equipped, supported, and motivated to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Proven experience as a Paraplanner, ideally in a senior or lead capacity
✔ Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (Chartered/working towards welcomed)
✔ Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments & protection
✔ Ability to coach, mentor, and support junior paraplanners
✔ Confident in managing workflow, prioritising tasks, and improving processes
✔ Excellent attention to detail and analytical capability
✔ Clear communication and high-quality report-writing skills
✔ A proactive mindset and collaborative approach
✔ Passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes
