Role Overview:
As a Estimator at LivGreen, you will be responsible for providing accurate and competitive cost estimates for our projects. Your expertise will ensure that our proposals are financially sound and competitive, helping us to secure new projects and maintain our leadership in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse project specifications, drawings, and requirements to develop detailed cost estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
- Prepare and present estimates, including materials, labour, equipment, and other costs.
- Evaluate and compare supplier and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
- Monitor industry trends, cost fluctuations, and advancements in green technologies.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of cost information.
- Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and tenders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience within a commercial role, preferably in the renewable energy or construction sectors.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Understanding of sustainable practices and green technologies is a plus.
