Freelance Quantity Surveyor - Central London
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our company on permanent basis. We require candidates who have previous experience working on Residential, Commercial or Infrastructure projects.
Requirements
• At least 5 years experience working within a QS position in the UK (more experience will be considered)
• Educated to a degree level or equivalent ( BSc Civil Engineering preferred)
• An excellent approach to work and professional outlook on the construction industry
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication skills
• Main contractor/developer experience desired but not essential
• Solid commercial acumen
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
For the successful Quantity Surveyor we offer;
£250-£300 per day
