A top UK law firm are looking for a mid-senior level securitisation lawyer to join their leading Structured & Speciality Finance practice in London.

The team regularly advise financing pools of loans and other receivables through specialty finance, securitisation, forward flow, covered loan, portfolio sale and risk retention techniques. The role would suit anyone who has substantial securitisation experience (possibly as part of a mixed set of experiences including other structured finance, real estate finance and/or infrastructure finance practice).
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified solicitor in a common law jurisdiction
- 4+ PQE
- Demonstrable experience working in a similar role within a Structured Finance team
- Strong academic credentials
