    Are you an HR Workday expert? Have a background in HR and understand the typical full lifecycle HR processes and practices? Happy to be the go-to Workday expert for the HR team, ensuring the system is being used effectively?

    We’re looking for an HR Workday Administrator for one of our Milton Keynes based clients. They’re looking for a real Workday guru who can support and optimise the Workday system across Workday recruiting, HCM and talent modules. You’ll be troubleshooting and suggesting system enhancements; introducing any additional functionality whilst ensuring it’s being fully utilised by the HR team.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • High level administration of Workday, completing HR administration tasks such as creating job profiles
    • Raise tickets when required for troubleshooting of the system
    • Review Workday’s twice yearly release updates
    • Recommend new features, enhancements, and upgrades to improve the HR systems functionality and performance
    • Support implementation and testing and for Workday’s must have upgrades and new feature implementations
    • Workday housekeeping for HCM and recruitment module
    • Transfer learning with the HR team

    Given the nature of the role, it’s fundamental that you have significant experience of having worked with and implemented / improved Workday, really understanding how it can be fully utilised and therefore bring value to the HR team. To do this effectively you’ll also have had a background working in HR understanding key HR and recruitment processes and legal requirements.

    You’ll be able to demonstrate:

    • Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Recruitment, Talent modules
    • Demonstrable experience in Workday use including business processes, reporting, system improvements
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Excellent analytical expertise.
    • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Enjoyment of working in a customer focused, fast-paced business with ever-changing priorities


    This is a hybrid role with 3/4 days per week on site (after probation) – so you will be local to Milton Keynes.
