We are partnering with a high growth, award winning technology business that is a dominant player within its sector. With a sharp, ambitious and highly capable team already in place, they are now looking for an ambitious and driven Operations Lead who is hungry to learn, develop and grow into a pivotal role within the organisation.
This is not a corporate operations role. It is a hands-on position within a small but scaling start-up where, over time and with the support of the founders, you will grow into being at the centre of the business and helping to keep everything running smoothly.
You will work directly alongside the founders and leadership team, gaining rare visibility into how a successful start-up is built, scaled and managed. You will see every angle of the business from commercial and finance through to systems, people and process. As you develop in the role, you will gradually take on more ownership and responsibility across these areas.
The core focus of the role is to support the smooth running of the business and to bring structure where needed, while preserving the agility of a start-up. You will not be expected to know everything on day one. What matters most is your mindset, your attention to detail and your willingness to step up, learn quickly and take responsibility over time.
