You don’t need legal training. You don’t need financial qualifications.
You do need warmth, curiosity and the confidence to speak with people from all walks of life. Having worked in a role that requires you to be on the phone will massively help.

What you’ll be doing
- Speaking with clients to understand their wishes and family situations
- Gathering the information needed to draft wills
- Guiding people gently through decisions that can feel overwhelming
- Learning the legal and ethical framework behind will writing
- Building long-term relationships based on trust
- Suggesting further conversations about income protection
What you’ll get

- The salary range is £25,000 - £27,000 with on target earnings getting close to £40,000
You will need to be based in the Banbury office (to receive the best possible training) and will do 3 later shifts each week (11am - 8pm).
