A US firm is looking to hire multiple mid to senior associates into its Corporate / PE M&A team. The team has received recognition by Legal 500 for its work on high-value (£500m+) transactions.
In this role, you will advise US, European, and UK sponsors and their portfolio companies on cross-border M&A deals and preferred equity investments. The team has strong experience in the insurance and financial services sectors, as well as a focus across technology, healthcare, and life sciences.
The ideal candidate will be a 3-6 PQE UK-qualified associate with experience in private equity transactions.
