A global investment firm with fabulous office in London Bridge are looking for a part time Receptionist to join their administrative team. Working Tuesday to Thursday, you will be based on reception, offering some wider support to the office of 100 people.
Duties will include:
- Answering calls/ meeting clients
- Meeting rooms responsibility
- Ordering and managing kitchen and catering supplies
- Facilities assistance
- Stationery and IT supplies
- Printing/binding/archiving documents
- Assisting the EAs with administrative support during busy periods
Candidates must have been previous corporate receptionist experience and be confident to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders in a friendly, professional manner. You must be a team player, have a willing attitude and be ready to roll up your sleeves. The company have fantastic benefits and are paying c£30K pro rata (£18K for the 3 days) for this role.
