THE COMPANY:
A market-leading ophthalmic manufacturer at the forefront of UK eye surgery. Partnering closely with clinicians, they deliver innovative surgical solutions and are expanding due to continued growth.
THE ROLE:
A specialist, theatre-based Territory Manager role working alongside consultant ophthalmic surgeons, theatre teams and procurement across NHS & private hospitals. Home/field-based (4 days+), managing established accounts while proactively winning new business. Strong prospecting skills essential. Full training and clear career development provided.
EXPERIENCE:
Ophthalmic sales ideal; wider medical/healthcare or pharma sales backgrounds considered. Full UK driving licence required.
PACKAGE:
£40-55K basic DOE + £20K+ uncapped commission
