We are partnering with a global financial services firm that is continuing to expand its HR function. With significant growth both organically and through Strategic M&A, the business is focused on strengthening its international operations. This role will be instrumental in shaping a high-performing, inclusive, and resilient workforce as the organisation scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to leaders, ensuring people strategies are aligned with business goals.
- Provide expert guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning and leadership development.
- Lead and manage complex employee relations matters.
- Coach leaders to drive effective performance management and foster strong employee engagement.
- Support on talent management initiatives.
- Lead and support change initiatives, including cultural transformation, business integration and process improvements.
Key Requirements
- Proven HRBP experience within financial or a professional services environment.
- Commercial, collaborative, and low-ego approach.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and coaching skills.
- Exposure to/experience with M&A is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting international or EMEA client groups.
