Purpose of the Role
The Global CXO/CPO will shape how Le Pub designs, builds, and delivers the next generation of brand, product, and service innovation.
We are looking for someone that likes to build and break things!
A leader who understands brand and communications deeply, thinks in programs not projects, and knows how to connect product and service design into larger brand ecosystems that drive measurable business growth.
This person brings a creative and strategic mindset and cares deeply about digital craft, making, prototyping, and building real things with the latest frontier models and technologies. They are comfortable rolling up their sleeves, working in the detail, and shaping the work from idea to execution with a world class team.
What This Role Exists to Do
Le Pub is evolving into a culturally intelligent, AI-native creative agency.
The CXO / CPO will:
- Design and evolve Le Pub’s global product and service architecture
- Connect brand, experience, commerce, innovation, and production into coherent programs
- Embed intelligent workflows and AI augmentation into how we design and deliver
- Translate innovation into tangible, sellable propositions
- Ensure craft and execution quality remain world-class
Core Focus Areas
1. Product & Service Design Leadership
- Shape Le Pub’s global product and service offering alongside the LePub Global Leadership
- Define clear, modular propositions (Experience, Culture, Innovation, Data, Production) that work together
- Ensure our innovation capabilities translate into commercially viable, repeatable programs
- Build frameworks that move clients from campaign thinking to platform and ecosystem thinking
2. Programmatic Brand Thinking
- Connect experience and product innovation into long-term brand programs
- Ensure product/service design innovations amplify and extend core brand strategy
- Help clients move from storytelling to “system building”
- Integrate physical, digital, commerce, and media ecosystems
This role understands that brand, comms, and experience have to reinforce each other.
3. Craft & Making
- Champion digital craft, prototyping, and creative technology
- Actively shape work in progress — not just review it
- Build lighthouse programs that demonstrate what Le Pub 2.0 stands for
- Raise standards in execution, interaction, content systems, and product design

4. Workflow & AI Augmentation
- Redesign how we build — integrating AI and automation into product and service delivery
- Collaborate with the Global COO and AI leads to define intelligent production and design workflows
- Build smarter pipelines across design, engineering, production, and data
- Connect Le Pub’s capabilities with Publicis Groupe strengths (data, commerce, media, tech platforms)
The focus is practical: make workflows faster, better, and more scalable.
5. Go-To-Market Acceleration
- Translate innovation into sellable narratives
- Support major global pitches and transformation programs
- Ensure Le Pub’s experience and product capabilities are clearly differentiated in market
- Unlock new revenue streams via platform thinking and scalable IP
Ideal Profile
- Deep background in creative brand design & systems, communications, and experience design
- Experience connecting product/service innovation into larger strategic programs
- Strong creative instinct paired with structured thinking
- Builder mindset, comfortable in ambiguity and detail
- Proven experience shaping digital craft and modern production ecosystems
- Comfortable operating at the intersection of creativity, technology, and business
- Experience in global organizations preferred
Backgrounds from innovation-led agencies, experience consultancies, or hybrid creative-tech organizations strongly relevant.
