1.Oversee the investment risk management of JD Property projects, including financial due diligence, investment model building, risks and mitigants recognization,and post - investment monitoring
2. Assist in domestic and international investment M&A, supporting all - process work such as deal structuring, due diligence, and report writing.
3. Analyze the international logistics real estate market, produce risk reports, and keep track of capital market trends.
4. Support the research on investment logic of overseas projects and cross - border risk review.
Qualifications：
1. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience. （Candidates with overseas office building and logistics real estate investment M&A experience will be preferred.）
2. Proficient in investment calculation and financial modeling, familiar with international valuation standards. Those with CPA/CFA certifications are preferred.
3. Fluent in English, competent for business communication and document writing.
4. Self - motivated and results - oriented, with strong stress tolerance and cross - departmental collaboration ability.
