Leading US law firm is looking for a mid-senior level Securitisation Lawyer to join their team on an interim or temp to permanent basis starting ASAP, supporting on a peak in workload.
Cravath salary banding, hybrid working in central London.
You will have a varied role involving:
- advising banks and asset managers on securitisation and structured finance matters, such as CLOs and financing transactions
- deal documentation, structuring and execution
- drafting prospectuses, trust deeds, purchase agreements and other related documentation
- ensuring risk and regulatory compliance requirements are met
- supporting on cross-border transactions
- working collaboratively across the firm, with clients and other stakeholders
You will be 4+ years PQE as a guide with training and experience gained in a similar practice within a top tier firm in London. You will have a depth of technical experience and expertise coupled with the ability to manage your own workload in a fast-paced team.
