A well-known retail company is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their team.
This is a highly commercially focused role, working across the business on a variety of contracts and agreements.
The Role:
- Drafting and negotiating supply agreements and franchise agreements
- Advising on IP protection, including design licences
- Managing data protection compliance matters
- Handling complex IT contracts
- Supporting the business with other commercial and operational legal matters
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified solicitor with experience in commercial contract law
- Strong experience with IP, IT contracts, and franchise or supply agreements
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving commercial environment
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
