A respected London law firm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join its HR team, supporting recruitment across Partner, Associate and Business Services roles. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong coordination and administrative skills who is interested in developing a career within legal recruitment and HR.
The Role:
You will provide administrative support to the Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Advisor, ensuring the smooth running of recruitment processes across the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange interviews for Partner, Associate and Business Services roles
- Manage meeting room bookings and interview logistics
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and direct candidates
- Support with general recruitment administration and record keeping
- Assist with scheduling and coordination across multiple stakeholders
Key Requirements:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Professional communication style
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous recruitment or HR admin experience is advantageous
- Interest in legal recruitment or HR desirable
