Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and looking to build a career in administration, events or data management? This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic team at a prestigious membership organisation at the heart of the UK’s finance industry.
This is a varied and fast-paced position where you’ll provide essential support to a busy team, helping to deliver high-profile events and manage critical data and administrative processes. You’ll thrive in a high-pressure environment, handling multiple tasks with professionalism and a positive, can-do attitude.
What You’ll Be Doing
Team Support
- Support the Events Delivery team with delegate and speaker coordination for flagship industry events
- Assist with diary management for senior team members
- Handle general department-wide admin and data tasks
Data & Systems
- Maintain accurate records using the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
- Organise online filing systems and ensure clean, up-to-date data
Communications & Execution
- Coordinate internal and external communications related to events
- Arrange speaker/panel calls and assist with content planning
- Manage bookings and communications before and after events
- Support on-site and virtual event delivery
General Administration
- Maintain departmental systems, files, and databases
- Manage shared inboxes and contribute to ad-hoc projects
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with a process-driven mindset
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks under pressure
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable working across multiple systems – MS Office and ideally CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Clear, confident communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment
