£70,000 - £90,000 + 15% contractual over-target bonus

🎯 Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver commercial building surveying services across multiple property types
- Undertake and oversee Technical Due Diligence instructions
- Provide project monitoring alongside core professional work
- Support delivery of projects with values up to £150m
- Build, maintain and develop client relationships, contributing to commercial performance
✅ Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
- Chartered MRICS
- Considerable post-qualification experience within the commercial sector
- Experience in Technical Due Diligence and/or project monitoring
- Strong communication, client management and commercial awareness
💰 Salary & Package
- £70,000 - £90,000 base salary
- 15% contractual over-target bonus
