My client is looking for an experienced Retail Supervisor to support daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a small team in a luxury retail environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
- Assist with daily operations, stock management, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and brand standards.
- Support staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
Requirements:
- Retail supervisory experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proven track record in sales and customer service.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
