Enterprise Sales – Capital Markets Data (EMEA)

A global financial technology and data provider is seeking a senior enterprise salesperson to drive new revenue growth across EMEA.
The role is primarily focused on selling high-value data solutions into hedge funds, while also supporting broader front-to-back solution sales across other buy-side and sell-side institutions.
This is a senior individual contributor position with responsibility for originating and closing complex, multi-year enterprise agreements.
The Role
- Drive new enterprise revenue with a primary focus on hedge fund clients
- Originate, manage and close complex data-led opportunities
- Expand relationships to position broader front-to-back solutions across buy-side and sell-side institutions
- Engage senior stakeholders to align solutions to operational, regulatory and commercial objectives
- Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through negotiation and close
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting
- Partner with Product, Legal and Revenue Operations to structure commercially robust agreements
- Provide market and competitive insight to inform wider commercial strategy
- Represent the firm at relevant industry events and client meetings
Profile
- 8+ years’ enterprise sales experience with a consistent record of exceeding targets
- Strong track record selling data solutions into hedge funds
- Broader capital markets experience across buy-side and/or sell-side institutions is essential
- Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder agreements
- Established senior network within hedge funds across EMEA
- Experience negotiating sophisticated commercial contracts
- Executive presence and credibility with senior decision-makers
- Self-directed and comfortable managing long sales cycles
- Background in securities finance or adjacent capital markets domains (desirable)
