🚀 We are Hiring: Field Sales Exec – London (Self-Employed)
At Junday, we are expanding our retail footprint, and are looking for an independent, self-employed Sales Agent to introduce Junday Bamboo Water to independent stores, cafés, restaurants, and retailers across London.
This is not an employed role. This is a flexible, outcome-driven partnership.
The Opportunity:
As an Independent Sales Agent, you will:
- Introduce Junday Bamboo Water to new retail accounts across London
- Secure new stockists and link them to our distributors
- Build relationships with store owners and buyers
- Identify strong-fit retail opportunities
- Provide market feedback and insights
You manage your own schedule and approach. We align on targets and outcomes, not hours.
Structure
- Self-employed / independent contractor agreement
- 1-2 days per week equivalent (flexible scheduling)
- Paid via monthly invoice
- Commission per account opened + revenue-based upside
- Optional performance retainer (for the right candidate)
You are responsible for your own tax, insurance and equipment. This role is non-exclusive. You are free to represent other brands.
Who this is for:
- Confident approaching retail buyers face-to-face
- Organised, self-directed, entrepreneurial, and sales mindset
- Interested in challenger FMCG brands
- Based in London
Experience in FMCG / beverage sales is a plus, but hunger and drive matter more.
