- Deliver a highly personalised, high-touch luxury client experience
- Present fine jewellery with confidence, emotion, and storytelling
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships and repeat business
- Manage appointments, follow-ups, and proactive client outreach
- Maintain impeccable personal presentation and boutique standards
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in luxury, premium retail, or fine jewellery preferred
- Passion for craftsmanship, storytelling, and meaningful client journeys
- Naturally well-spoken, articulate, and confident with UHNW clientele
- Immaculate personal presentation and strong attention to detail
- Commercially driven with a relationship-first, consultative mindset
