The Role
This is not a traditional job. You will be the right hand to the CEO and co-founder as we build the company, team, and product simultaneously. One day you're coordinating an enterprise pilot, the next you're building an investor presentation, managing an event, or running outreach to 50 brands. You thrive on that variety.
What You'll Actually Do
- Own the CEO's workflow — research, outreach, scheduling, follow-ups, investor updates
- Build presentations, memos, and materials that punch above our weight
- Run brand and investor outreach campaigns end-to-end
- Coordinate events (brand owner events, investor meetings, team sessions)
- Help manage and coordinate remote contractors and team members
- Keep the company moving when everyone else is heads-down building
- Spot problems before they become fires
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years experience — smart, hungry, and fast matters more than seniority
- AI-native by default — you don't just use ChatGPT. You build workflows with Cursor, Perplexity, Granola, Clay, Notion AI, and whatever launched last week
- Exceptional written communication — you can write a crisp investor email and a compelling brand outreach message in the same hour
- London-based, in-person — we believe in face-time, especially right now
- Action bias — you read something once and get it done. You don't need hand-holding
- Commercially curious — you understand what a pitch deck needs, what a brand cares about, and what an investor wants to see
- Future founder mindset — you want to build your own company one day and you're here to learn how it's really done at the earliest stage
