We’re hiring an experienced sales professional who understands how hedge funds operate and what actually drives their decision-making. This role is centred around introducing a new, high-impact product to a market that expects credibility, clarity, and a genuine grasp of their world.
You’ll be working closely with PMs, trading teams, operations, and tech leads, navigating conversations that are thoughtful, detailed, and often strategic. The sales cycles can be complex, so we’re looking for someone who’s steady, patient, and confident working across multiple stakeholders without losing momentum.
Day to day, you’ll be meeting clients, identifying where the product can add real value, shaping opportunities with our internal teams, and helping funds adopt something that can genuinely improve their workflow. You’ll have the space to run your own patch and build relationships that last.
What we’re looking for:
- 6+ years of SaaS sales into hedge funds or the wider buy-side
- Proven experience managing multi-step, enterprise-level sales
- Comfortable discussing markets, data, and technology in a clear, grounded way
- Someone adaptable, thoughtful, and capable of building trust quickly
- A relationship-first approach with a focus on meaningful, long-term wins
