    Anya Hindmarch founded her business in London in 1987 and it has since grown into a global brand. Today, it is as known for its luxury, organisation-obsessed accessories as it is for its groundbreaking work in sustainability and its playful experiential retail concepts. Creativity, modern craftsmanship and personalisation sit at the heart of everything Anya Hindmarch does.


    The Village on Pont Street in London’s Chelsea opened in 2021 as a community of neighbouring stores and a cafe. In 2008 The Bespoke Store was launched as Anya’s first store on Pont Street and now sits at the heart of The Village. Customers can have drawings or messages in their own handwriting embossed by in-store craftsmen on unique bespoke products. From adding initials to a weekend bag to an embroidered monogram on a clutch, countless pieces can be personalised. All of this is part of an ongoing commitment to reconnect the craftsman and the customer: each bespoke piece is – as Anya says – about ‘having your name on something, rather than mine’.


    Responsibilities

    • Working as part of a team to achieve store sales targets
    • Gaining customers trust in helping them produce precious, personal pieces
    • Providing excellent customer service in store and with customer follow up by email and telephone
    • Managing customer orders from start to finish, including filling out templates with the customer, scanning orders and making sure these are completed by the embosser in good time.
    • Maintaining the highest standards on the shop floor

    • Excellent administration skills and regard for retail procedures – being organised is key
    • A natural communicator with a flair for building relationships
    • A creative approach to selling
    • Ability to lead the creative process and pay attention to detail
    • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
    • A team player who is ready to go the extra mile
    • Able to work flexibly, including weekends
