Head of Sales EMEA | Insurtech

We are working on behalf of a fast-growing, well-funded international insurtech business with a strong enterprise client base, a highly relevant proposition, and a clear growth agenda across EMEA.
This is a senior regional leadership role for someone who understands the insurance sector, has real enterprise sales leadership depth, and wants to play a defining role in the next stage of growth.
You will need to bring:
- strong sales leadership across EMEA
- credibility in the insurance sector
- experience of complex enterprise SaaS sales
- the ability to scale teams and improve execution
- discipline around forecasting, pipeline, and regional performance
- presence and confidence with senior insurance stakeholders
- additional European language preferred; French ideal
