As 3Koncept expands, we are seeking a Business & Finance Strategy Advisor who can bring commercial rigour, legal awareness, financial structure, and cross-industry strategic intelligence to support both internal growth and client-facing ventures.
This role exists to ensure that creativity is always underpinned by viable business architecture.
The Role
This is not a traditional finance position.
It is a high-level advisory partnership designed for someone deeply experienced across multiple industries — someone who understands how businesses truly function behind the scenes and how to build them for resilience and scale.
You will work directly with the Creative Director to:
- Translate visionary, creative, and non-linear ideas into structured commercial strategy
- Evaluate feasibility, risk exposure, and financial sustainability
- Design scalable business models
- Provide legal and financial sense-checking before execution
- Shape pricing, revenue architecture, and cost structures
- Support negotiation positioning and partnership frameworks
- Ensure strategic decisions align with long-term commercial growth

You will bring objectivity, commercial clarity, and grounded foresight.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Architecture & Oversight
- Ensure financial data is accurate, structured, and reliable
- Develop and oversee P&L statements, forecasts, and scenario modelling
- Manage cash flow forecasting and runway planning
- Define financial KPIs and measurable performance benchmarks
- Monitor commercial health, margin strength, and risk exposure
Strategic Growth & Business Modelling
- Design scalable revenue models across hospitality and lifestyle sectors
- Develop pricing strategy and unit economics
- Evaluate new ventures, concepts, and expansion opportunities
- Structure partnerships and commercial agreements
- Sense-check business assumptions and long-term growth plans
- Support investment readiness and strategic capital positioning
Legal & Structural Awareness
- Identify potential legal and compliance considerations
- Guide high-level contract positioning and structural frameworks
- Support risk mitigation and governance design
- Ensure commercial decisions are protected from a liability standpoint
Advisory, Coaching & Founder Support
- Act as a strategic sounding board for executive-level decisions
- Bring diverse industry insight into hospitality-focused growth
- Provide calm, objective perspective in fast-moving environments
- Coach and mentor leadership through scaling stages
- Help structure internal operations for long-term sustainability
Industry Focus
Experience in hospitality (hotels, restaurants, lifestyle venues) is essential.
However, cross-industry exposure is highly valued.
