Our client is a fast-growing, entrepreneurial agency operating at the highest level of global sport. Less than a year into its journey, the business is already representing elite sports properties and delivering premium commercial partnerships to international brands.
Due to continued growth and increasing demand across new mandates, they are now hiring an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to build high-quality pipeline and support senior partnership sales activity.
The Enterprise Sales Development Representative will drive top-of-funnel engagement, securing senior-level meetings that convert into genuine commercial opportunities across complex, consultative sales cycles.
Role Highlights – core tasks & impact
– Own enterprise-level outbound engagement across defined target accounts
– Research and engage C-suite and senior marketing leaders globally
– Secure high-value introductory meetings aligned to strict qualification criteria
– Collaborate closely with Sales Directors on preparation and follow-up
– Maintain disciplined Salesforce tracking and structured outreach cadences
You Will Need – key skills & experience
– 2–4 years’ enterprise SDR experience in complex B2B sales
– Proven success engaging senior stakeholders within large organisations
– Experience selling high-value, consultative solutions with longer cycles
– Strong research capability and commercial curiosity
– Confidence operating within structured CRM environments, ideally Salesforce
