Location: London, 2-3 days in office (with travel for meetings)

🎯 The Role
We are looking for a commercially sharp, relationship-led Head of B2B & Wholesale to build the next revenue engine of Water2.
Please note: This is not pure account management. This is a unique entrepreneurial opportunity where you would facilitate access to clean drinking tap water and shower water across: hotels, health clubs, restaurants and cafés, and retail and wholesale distribution.
You will build meaningful commercial partnerships that put Water2 into more venues, more businesses and more households via our wholesale partners.
This role sits at the heart of our next growth chapter.
🧠 What You’ll Own
- Build and execute a clear B2B and wholesale growth strategy
- Open new accounts across hospitality, leisure and retail
- Leverage your network and industry relationships
- Respond to RFPs and commercial tenders with confidence with the help of the Creative, finance and operations teams
- Negotiate commercial terms and long-term agreements
- Work closely with finance and operations to ensure scalable delivery
- Build a predictable pipeline and revenue forecast and turn conversations into contracts
This is a role for someone who enjoys being out in the market, not behind a desk.
🔑 What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in B2B sales, wholesale or strategic partnerships
- Experience selling into hospitality, leisure or retail environments
- Strong commercial instincts and sharp negotiation skills
- Confidence in responding to tenders and structured procurement processes
- A strong network or “black book” of relevant industry contacts
- High energy, high ownership, and strong follow-through
- Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving environment
You will be the face of Water2 in these sectors. We need someone credible, articulate and hungry. By this we mean, you should be invested in our journey and be willing to have ownership and accountability of this massive growth channel.

💰 Package Up to £90,000 base salary Very attractive commission structure tied to performance which is the real upside as we scale B2B into a significant revenue channel i.e. If you build it, you will share in the success.
🗓 Interview Process
- 45-min Google Meet screening call with Richa, our Head of People - this is an opportunity for us to get to know each other better!
- 20-minute Google Meet with Charlie, our Founder
- Final in-person meeting with Charlie (Founder) and Craig (our Chairman)
