We are looking for an exceptional Digital Designer to join our well-known retail fashion client. Someone who can bring fresh, creative, inspirational thinking to a new level of digital design with a background in retail fashion and beauty being a advantage. You will work on a variety of campaigns from concept stage through to the delivery of online launches.
You’ll be part of the creative design team coming up with innovative design and content ideas that will work across all channels and support the Creative Design Manager on future campaigns and creative concepts, as well as working closely with the Creative Design team on both future concepts, toolkits and the day to day projects such as Email, website design, organic and paid social design.
This role requires loads of creativity and a confident individual who has a strong eye for detail and innovation, who can
suggest new ideas for layouts, animations, web functionality, typography and overall graphic design.
You will:
- have experience in e-comm design and be comfortable with delivering campaigns across all digital channels in order to meet all your launch deadlines
- have great organisational skills
- have a proven track record or experience of the key stages of the design process from creative concept, asset creation through to communicating to the developers on the build and publishing.
- have good Communication and confident to show initiative.
- have good time management and be able to work with pace.
- be to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines
- need a clear understanding of seasonal brand handwriting, tone of voice and style guide and applying it to all seasonal artworks.
- deliver multichannel, innovative and compelling designs.
- take ownership of your own workload to meet launch deadlines
- be able to communicate with the relevant departments to ensure all stakeholders are regularly updated on a projects progress.
- be confident to present all finalised design routes to senior management.
You have:
- 3 years Digital Design industry experience, within fashion, beauty and retail
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign, Figma skills
- After Effects (knowledgeable but not essential)
