Project Supervisor

Role Overview:
Overall responsibility for all services supplied to allocated projects. Acting as the first point of contact for the client, you will work closely to deliver total customer satisfaction from design development through to production and handover. You will also be responsible for ensuring continual improvement of the delivery experience while maximising efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary interface between the company and clients for design, operational, and financial matters.
- Take overall responsibility for project P&L.
- Produce and issue accurate monthly internal financial reports to the Operations Manager.
- Prepare specific backup financial documents for each project.
- Compile and produce monthly client reports for review by the Operations Manager.
- Plan and coordinate design and production activities, including material procurement and supply chain liaison.
- Plan and coordinate resourcing requirements, third-party suppliers, and project handover documentation.
- Ensure Design and Production teams adhere to published contractual and commercial responsibilities.
- Provide regular updates to internal teams through meetings and reports.
- Transfer all company and manufacturer warranties to the Contracts team upon project completion.
- Take overall responsibility for implementing and maintaining Health & Safety and Quality Assurance policies.
- Ensure all deliverables conform to both company and client Quality Management Systems.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in telecommunications infrastructure cabling deployments.
- Proven project planning experience.
- Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally as required by the project.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently to clients.
- Ability to absorb and manage new services and applications.
- Experience managing multiple site design and production activities.
- Proven ability to motivate and develop project team personnel.
- Experience delivering services under formal sub-contracts.
- Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) or ECS.
