Legal Resourcer, Farringdon, 12 month FTC

Birchrose Associates is a specialist, high-performing legal recruitment partner for law firms, serving as a trusted advisor in the placement of Lawyers and business support professionals across the UK and the U.S.
We are looking to welcome a Legal Resourcer to our UK team on a part time basis, for a period of 12 months, with possibility of extension and/or permanent employment after the initial contract term.
This role will be fast paced and varied, and offer excellent exposure to the intricacies of the London legal market.
Suitable for
- Law graduates seeking an interim opportunity before pursuing further legal studies/employment
- Those studying part time and seeking work alongside (21 hours per week minimum)
- Those looking for a career in legal recruitment long term
Applicants must have either a law background (studies/employment) or a recruitment background.
About the Role
As a Legal Resourcer, you will be responsible for supporting experienced Legal Recruitment Consultants with an emphasis on candidate attraction, specifically in the Legal Business Support market - PA/Secretarial, HR, Finance, Risk & Compliance.
This role is part time and hybrid. When in the office, you will be based in Farringdon.
Duties will include:
- Sourcing high calibre business support candidates for Top 200 UK law firms in London
- Joining vacancy briefings with Legal Recruitment Consultants
- Building candidate pools on LinkedIn and sending outreach
- Conducting screening calls and shortlisting
- Writing and posting job advertisements
- Market research and analysis and social media support

Essential skills and experience include:
- Law background (studies/employment) or recruitment experience is essential
- Experience using LinkedIn and other social platforms
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
