Job Overview
With multiple sites and a growing global footprint, we are looking for a commercially astute and analytically driven professional to play a key role in shaping pricing, costing, supply chain strategy and commercial governance.
This is a highly autonomous role offering real influence across the organisation, working at the heart of commercial decision-making during a significant growth phase.
You will take ownership of commercial processes, providing robust pricing, costing and contract oversight to drive performance and protect margin. Working closely with Supply Chain, Operations and Senior Management, you will turn data into insight and insight into action.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Pricing Leadership
- Deliver detailed product costings, margin analysis and strategic pricing models
- Prepare competitive, commercially sound quotations aligned to market trends
- Provide actionable insight to support revenue growth and profitability
Supply Chain Collaboration
- Partner with sourcing and procurement teams to align cost and pricing strategy
- Analyse supplier, logistics and inventory data to support informed decisions
- Drive cost optimisation without compromising supply resilience
Systems & Process Improvement
- Lead enhancements across ERP, MRP and MES systems to improve reporting and workflow
- Strengthen data accuracy to enable real-time decision-making
- Champion system utilisation and KPI visibility across teams
Contract & Risk Management
- Oversee commercial contract lifecycle management
- Review terms, conditions and NDAs, identifying and mitigating risk
- Support negotiations and ensure compliance with internal governance standards
Operational Excellence
- Develop and refine internal procedures to protect margin and improve controls
- Anticipate and resolve commercial or contractual challenges proactively
- Act as a key point of contact for commercial issue resolution
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical background within commercial and/or supply chain operations
- Advanced experience with ERP/MRP/MES systems and reporting tools
- Commercially aware with the confidence to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Skilled in contract review and risk identification
- Self-motivated, detail-focused and comfortable operating with autonomy
