Customer Service Advisor (Hybrid)
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 + monthly bonus

What you’ll be doing
As the first point of contact, you’ll handle customer enquiries via phone and email, providing clear and supportive guidance around accounts and payment arrangements.
You’ll manage a variety of situations, including customers experiencing changes in personal circumstances, ensuring every interaction is handled with empathy and professionalism.
