Our client, a leading organisation within the investment banking sector, is seeking a highly organised Team Administration Assistant to support senior managers within their Securities Services division.

- Contract: 12 months
- Rate: Up to £200 per day (Inside IR35)
- Location: London
- Hybrid: 3 days per week on‑site
- Reporting to: Regional Manager Executive Assistant
The Role
You will work closely with the Executive Assistant to deliver high‑quality administrative support, including:
- Diary and inbox support
- Creating and formatting PowerPoint and Word documents
- Coordinating meetings, agendas, papers, and minutes
- Managing expenses, onboarding documentation, organisation charts, and general office admin
- Supporting internal comms such as monthly town halls and presentation packs
- Assisting with internal/external event coordination
- Acting as a professional point of contact for internal stakeholders and visitors
- Ad‑hoc admin and small project support
What You’ll Need
- Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint essential)
- Excellent communication and organisation abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Strong multitasking and stakeholder‑management skills
