We have been instructed on a new role for a mid to senior level Planning lawyer to join this growing international firm in the City of London.
The firm is one of the leaders in UK real estate and has built an excellent reputation in the planning and environment sector, working on large-scale commercial and residential developments, advising both on the public and private side.
The Partners in the team are looking for candidates with ideally the following attributes:
- 3+ years of post-qualified experience in the UK market, coming from another highly-regarded Planning team in London, a regional hub, or in-house
- Strong track record of planning and environmental advice, along with associated regulatory matters, for high-value projects
- Ideally E&W qualified although commonwealth lawyers who are, or have been, practising in the UK for a substantial period of time will also be considered
