ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support the growth of Townhouse by delivering high-quality recruitment across a range of roles within our salon function. You’ll manage end-to-end hiring for selected positions while partnering closely with the wider Talent Acquisition and People teams to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your recruitment skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, where you’ll gain exposure to high-volume hiring, proactive sourcing, and stakeholder management while helping us attract the best talent to support our global expansion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for selected roles, from job posting through to offer and onboarding
- Screen applications, conduct initial candidate calls, and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates, delivering a professional and engaging candidate experience
- Support employer branding through compelling job content and candidate engagement
- Collaborate with the People Team to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS
- Ensure recruitment activity complies with legal requirements and internal policies
- Support pre-employment checks and documentation
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Experience managing or supporting multiple roles simultaneously
- Confident screening and engaging candidates
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with a candidate-focused approach
- Experience using an ATS or recruitment system
LOCATION
This is a full-time, 6-month fixed term contract role based at our Support Centre in Central London, and we offer a hybrid working model, aligned with role requirements.
