This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a refined, ingredient-led concept serving 50–100 covers in a beautifully designed space, complete with a brand new, state-of-the-art kitchen. The pastry team benefits from its own dedicated department, including a large and spacious prep kitchen, allowing you to focus on creativity, precision and execution at the highest level.
The Role
As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will:
- Run a section within a dedicated pastry department
- Deliver high-quality, refined Mediterranean-inspired desserts
- Work with premium seasonal ingredients
- Maintain exceptional presentation and consistency
- Contribute positively to a collaborative and ambitious kitchen culture
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in high-end kitchens (Michelin-starred background highly desirable)
- Strong technical pastry skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and genuine team spirit – character and collaboration are key to the Head Chef
- Professionalism, reliability and passion for excellence
What’s On Offer
- £36,000–£40,000 depending on experience
- 45-hour contract
- Flexible shift patterns:
- 4 doubles, 3 days off
- or 5 days on, 2 days off
