As we expand — and launch our next-stage marketing platform — we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Curator / Specialist to work directly with our clients and internally with our product team.
This is a hybrid role based in Leicester, working directly with the founder and supporting estate agency clients across the UK.
This is a blend of:
- Campaign builder
- Funnel architect
- Marketing strategist
- Performance optimiser
You’ll help estate agents implement multi-channel marketing systems inside our SaaS platform and continuously improve their results.
You won’t just “run campaigns.” - You’ll build structured systems that generate valuations, nurture applicants, re-engage landlords and improve conversion.
- Building and optimising multi-channel campaigns (Email / SMS / WhatsApp)
- Creating structured marketing funnels for estate agents
- Supporting clients with campaign strategy and execution
- Writing and refining conversion-focused copy
- Monitoring campaign performance and improving results
- Spotting trends in digital marketing and adapting them for estate agency
- Assisting with the rollout of AI-driven marketing tools
- Helping shape best-practice frameworks across our client base
- Working closely with the founder on product and growth strategy
This is a client-facing role — you’ll regularly support estate agents directly.
We are specifically looking for someone with:
✅ Marketing experience (essential)

✅ Estate agency / property experience (highly desirable)
✅ A strong understanding of funnels and conversion psychology
✅ Confidence working with CRM and automation tools
✅ Commercial awareness — not just creativity
