Job Title: Talent Partner
Location: Shoreditch (Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite)
Duration: 12 months contract initially
Max. Budget: £50k - £70k per annum + paid holidays + pension or £260 - £360 per day Inside IR35
Key Responsibilities:
- Your time will primarily be in these three areas of Candidate Generation 1. Candidate Identification and Qualification – 80 percent 2. Business Acumen and Market Research – 10 percent 3. Operational Excellence – 10 percent.
- Work cross-functionally to gain depth of knowledge about the business while networking with experts in their field Identify, prospect and present a short-list of exceptional candidates to respective Talent Partners.
- Will concurrently scout on 10 or more critical searches at one time at various phases of the recruiting cycle.
- Make recommendations to Recruiting Partners and Hiring Managers about competitive landscape supported with your respective research and market data.
- Market and advertise critical roles on external sites, blogs, user groups and social networks.
- Ensure a steady stream of talent regardless of if a critical vacancy is approved or not; all-the-time recruiting versus just-in-time.
- Positioning client as an employer of choice compared to our competition.
- Must be articulate and confident when presenting opportunities to passive candidates and defining client’s position in the market.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities Build trust with others by being consistent, making and keeping commitments, protecting confidences and treating others with respect.
- Handle rejection well; overcome objections and determine best course of action.
- Confident in networking; ability to build relationships with prospective candidates and organizations Inquisitive; you are intellectually curious and wants to know the right answers and ask the right questions.
- Flexible and positive attitude; calm-under pressure.
- 0-3 or more years of experience in technical sourcing and recruiting.
- Full-cycle experience preferred but not required.
- Strong business acumen and current on market trends.
- Current with social technologies and candidate sourcing best practices and techniques.
- Proficient in MS Office and Acrobat.
