Salary: Base pay is £16.49 per hour
Shifts available (36 hours per week):
- Sunday to Thursday 6am to 2pm
- Sunday to Thursday 7am to 3pm
- Sunday 10am to 6pm, Monday to Thursday 11am to 7pm
- Sunday 10am to 6pm, Monday to Thursday 12pm to 8pm
Training: 11th May - 19th June 2026, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, based onsite at Radar Road, Leicester
Location: Hybrid working - At least one day a week at our Radar Road Contact Centre, Leicester, LE3 1UF Please note, travel expenses will not be covered
The role:
In this role, you will handle enquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience while working closely with internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a fluent Hebrew speaker who enjoys problem-solving, delivering high-quality service, and working in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll take on:
- Providing professional customer support in Hebrew and English via phone, email, and chat
- Assisting customers with enquiries, orders, and account issues
- Translating and clarifying information where required
- Building strong relationships customers
- Maintaining accurate customer records in internal systems
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently
What you'll bring:
- Fluency in Hebrew (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or a client-facing role (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computer systems and CRM platforms
- Positive attitude with a proactive and professional approach
